Romulo Lazo and his wife, Elizabeth, have owned and managed El Rey Colchon since July 2018. The company operates as an independent retail bed & mattress store in Rio Grande City.
The Project: The BDFof Texas helped them finance the acquisition of a building and minor tenant improvements to expand their business to a second location in McAllen, TX.

NVS Corporate Services Inc
Nick Soto Jr has owned and managed NVS Corporate Services Inc for 21 years. The company provides comprehensive maintenance services to commercial buildings in the federal government, private and public sectors throughout the U.S.
The Project: BDFof Texas helped Nicolas Soto Jr. finance the acquisition of a building to be used as a corporate training site. Staff are trained by Yolanda Soto, a retired RN with background in infectious diseases.
